AFAM AlarmTech App now available!

We’ve developed the AFAM AlarmTech App to give you visibility of what’s happening across the fire alarm systems you maintain and show you alerts, regardless of whether they’re monitored by us or our competitors. The app contains a large number of features.

 Some benefits of the app:

• Works with all 3 fire monitoring companies
  • Automatic Fire Alarm Monitoring (AFAM)
  • Alarm NZ
  • Johnson Controls Fire Monitoring (formerly ADT)
• Single combined ‘off normal’ list across all your systems
• Alerts can be configured to override phone defaults (such as silent mode)
• Customizable alerting schemes. Pick from a set of defaults or customize
• Android 7.0 and later (iOS version in development)
• Works in conjunction with existing SMS/Email messaging, or can be used to replace it
• On call functionality where you can see who on your team is on call
• Mobile network information to help with commissioning and troubleshooting
• Direct access link into Solomon for AFAM systems
